Trenton - Miss Mattie Allison, 61, died at 3 a.m. Wednesday at a Sherman hospital following an illness of three days.  Her home was in Trenton.
Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at the Trenton Assembly of God Church of which she was a member.  Rev. Gene Young, pastor, conducted the services.  Burial was in Vittitoe Cemetery, directed by Glen Earnheart.
She was born on April 9, 1884 in Kentuckytown, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.N. Allison.  She had spent her entire life around Kentuckytown and Trenton.
Survivors include two sisters, Mrs. John Stephens of Slaton and Miss Beulah Allison of Trenton; three brothers, Julius Allison and I.N. Allison of Trenton and J.B. Allison of Tom Bean.
