  Gladys C. Rutledge 30 December 1890 - 6 May 1980 Ben T. Rutledge 23 December 1891 - 18 June 1960 The Denison Press Friday, June 24, 1960 pg. 4 Funeral services for Ben T. Rutledge, 68, were conducted Sunday by Rev. H.D. Morgan, pastor of the First Christian church. Mr. Rutledge was a member of the First Christian Church and came to Denison from Melissa in Collin County. He retired from his employment with the Griffin Grocery Company several years ago because of failing health. Burial was in Georgetown cemtery with Bratcher directing. He was a son of the late Dr. and Mrs. W.C. Rutledge, a long-time physician of this city. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ben T. Rugledge; two daughters, Mrs. Shirley Mill, Houston, and Mrs. Phyllis Long, Long Beach, California. Brothers surviving are Milton Rutledge and Charlie Rutledge, both of Denison.
