Ray Short. Born February 28, 1880, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Marion Clontz, she received her schooling at Oak Grove. She was a member of the Methodist church. Survivors include her husband, J.J. Moono; 4 sons, Walter, Dempsey, Wayne and Roy Moon, all of Pottsboro; 4 daughters, Mrs. Raymond Renfro of Pottsboro; Mrs. Louis Carroll of Denison; Mrs. Anthony Winchester of Gordonville; and Mrs. Charles Cherry of Phoenix, Arizona; 2 brothers, Walter L and T.L. Clontz, both of Pottsboro; a sister, Mrs. Alex Moser of Pottsboro; 11 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
