  The Denison Daily Herald Monday, January 7, 1907 EBENEZER LOSS Sherman, Texas, January 7 - Ebenezer Loss, aged 79 years, died Saturday night at the residence of his son-in-law, L. Holmes, on South Walnut street. Decedent was one of the oldest residents of Grayson County, having lived here for 50 years. He was a veteran of 2 wars, having fought in the Mexican War and the Civil War under the Confederate flag. The remains were interred this afternoon beside his wife in the Georgetown Cemetery near Pottsboro.
