Jessica was born July 15, 1993 in Denison, Texas, the daughter of William and Kim Hall.
Jessica was a precious gift.  At the age of 7 years, Jessica was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukenia (ALL) and underwent chemotherapy and outpatient therapy for 2 years.  She remained in remission till the age of 11, when the leukemia returned.  Again she went through rigorous chemotheraphy and achieved remission a 2nd time.  She remained in remission for almost 6 years, during which time she graduated from Denison High School in 2011.  Jessica was a 2nd year college student at Grayson County College with hopes of becoming a nurse, when the cancer was diagnosed for a 3rd time.  She entered Children's hospital for treatment on March 7.  Aggressive chemotherapy was started immediately with a plan in place to have Jessica undergo a bone marrow transplant with her brother, Justin, being a perfectly matched donor.  Complications associated with the cancer treatment developed and Jessica with courage and bravery beyond her years lost the battle with leukemia.
Jessica was preceded in death by her grandparents: Carl and Anita Wolfington and cousin, Tony.
She is survived by her parents, William and Kim Hall of Denison; brother, Justin Hall and wife, Caitlin Hall; grandparents, Philip and Alice French of Colbert, Oklahoma; aunts and uncles: Tammy and Jim Watt; Bob & Barbara Choate; Mike & Peggy Allen; Scott & Abbie Gregg; Robert & Wanda Owen; and Carl Daniel Wolfington.  Jessica's cousins and spouses: Chad and Genavie Hodge; Kyle Hodge; Allan &  Mystika Robb, Aaron & Angela Robb; Nikolaus & Ashley Owen; Garrett Owne; Alec Gregg; and Adam Gregg.
The family would like to express their deep appreciation to so many who have loved and cared for Jessica over the years and offered support in various ways to the family as Jessica battled leukemia.  The doctors and staff and Children's Medical Center in Dallas were always a blessing.  Special gratitude to Dr. Naomi Winick of Children's Hospital and local family physician, Dr. Duke Carlson of TMC-Denison.  For those who mourn her loss to keep smiling as she was out to change the world one smile at a time.
Services are under the direction of Waldo Funeral Home in Sherman, Texas.
