Ector - Graveside services for George Luther Cook, 79, who died Thursday afternoon in a Sherman hospital were held at 2 p.m. Saturday at the Georgetown Cemetery.  Mullican-Little Funeral Home of Bells was in charge.
Cook was born December 23, 1897, in Meridian.  He was married September 19, 1917, in Denison.  He was a member of the Methodist Church.  Cook farmed in the Pottsboro area for 50 years prior to moving to the Savoy-Ector area in 1960.
He is survived by his wife of Ector; two sons, Harold of Savoy and Clytis of Sherman; and 5 grandchildren.

Savoy - Graveside services for Olar Lee Cook, 103, of Savoy who died Oct. 4, 1992, in Wilson N. Jones Hospital, will be at...p.m. Wednesday at Georgetown Cemetery, Pottsboro.  The Rev. Dwain Thomason will officiate.  Mullican-Little Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Cook was born Sept. 22, 1889, in Meridian, daughter of John and Maggie Jane Wiggins Vick.  She married George Cook Sept. 19, 1914, in Denison.  A homemaker, she was a Methodist.
Surviving are two sons, George C. Cook of Sherman and Harold Cook of Savoy; sister, Ruby Crow of Denison; ...grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
