  Chas. F. Davis Rachel O. Davis  Mary Rosa Davis 4 January 1876 - 26 February 1966 Wm. Thomas Davis 18 August 1871 - 4 January 1939 Resident, 67, of Pottsboro Dies W.T. Davis, 67, a resident of Pottsboto 25 years, died at his home Wednesday at 6:30 a.m., following an illness of eight years. He was a former carpenter. Davis was born in Cass county, Texas, August 18, 1871 as the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Davis. Moving to Grayson county with his parents, he received his education at Willow Spring and at Whitesboro. He married Miss Rosa Hull at Sherman, November 4, 1894. He was a member of the Baptist church, carpenters' union and IOOF. Surviving are his widow and two daughters, Mrs. Julia Fontaine and Mrs. Fayela Young of Pottsboro; a brother, W.L. Davis of Pottsboro; two sisters, Mrs. Daisy Bond of Flagstaff, Ariz., and Mrs. Bonnie Bigbee of May....; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services will be ehld Thursday afternoon at 2:30 from the Baptist church of Pottsboro with Rev. R.B. Short officiating. Short-Murray will be in charge of interment.
