Pitts Bennett 26 September 1938 - 23 October 2018  wed 5 March 1960  Children Lisa Colette Deana Marie  Pottsboro, Texas - Christine L. Pitts Bennett, 80, died at her home in Pottsboro, Tuesday, October 23, 2018. Christine was born in Jackson, Tennessee on September 26, 1939, daughter of John Calvin and Lorine Bell Stout Pitts, III. She graduated from high school in Jackson, Tennessee. She was a homemaker and member of Lakeway United Methodist Church. Christine is survived by her husband, Dean, of the home; daughters, Lisa Simpson and Deana Killough, both of Denison; 3 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; and brother, J.W. Pitts. Funeral services were held Monday morning, October 29, 2018 at Johnson-Moore Pottsboro Chapel with Rev. Virgie Holbrook officiating. Burial was in Georgetown Cemetery.
