FULTON'S BODY SENT TO POTTSBORO Corpus Christi, Texas, March 2 - The body of C.R. Fulton was shipped today to Pottsboro, Grayson County, Texas, for burial. Fulton was commander of the Woodmen of the World and members of that organization escorted the body to the train. Fulton was shot Saturday morning while seated at his desk signing a bond. Theodore Morton, aged 67, who claimed that he had a dispute with Fulton over a land deal, was arrested and charged with the murder. Morton, it is alleged, also shot and wounded E.M.
