CULLMAN, Ala. - Graveside service for William Dale (Bill) Waggoner, 48, who died Dec. 17, 1994 at Huntsville, Ala., will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Georgetown Cemetery. The Rev. Eddie Vessels will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Bratcher Funeral Home.
Waggoner was born Dec. 25, 1945 in Durant, the son of William and Louise Waggoner. He graduated from Denison High School in 1962. He was a plumber for Goldman Construction Company of Orlando, Fla. He was veteran of United States Air Force. He was a member of the Pottsboro American Legion and Church of Christ.
Survivors include two daughters, Brandy Waggoner and Laura Bowles, both of Sherman; three brothers, Carlos Waggoner and Bill Waggoner, both of Pottsboro and George Waggoner of Denison; a sister, Barbara Cook of Pottsboro; and four grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Tucker, Billy Sexton, Eddie Frye, Dale Arnold, Bryan McCullough and Gene Waggoner.
The family will be at the sister's home at Lakewood Terrace #14 in Pottsboro.

DEATHS

Funeral services for Mrs. Virginia Lee Waggoner, 19, who died April 7 at her home in Sherman, 2010 Branch, were conducted Saturday, April 9, with Andy McAlister and Charles Andrews officiating.  Burial was at Georgetown with Bratcher directing.
Mrs. Waggoner was born Jan. 31,  1941 as the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Henderson, at Hubbard Bottom, Grayson County.  Her schcooling was received at Pottsboro.  She was married December 28, 1954 at Denison.  Her husband is a construction engineer with the Sherman Manufacturing Co.  She was a member of the Willow Springs Church of Christ.
Surviving are her husband, W.R. Waggoner, Sherman; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Carl Henderson, Pottsboro; one son, Wayne Ray Waggoner of Sherman; a daughter, Connie Sue Waggoner; a grandmother, Mrs. Minnie Wright of Denison and four sisters : Mrs. Janice Burns, Miss Bertha Lynn Wright, Pottsboro, Miss Joey Wright, Pottsboro, and Miss Judy Fay Henderson, Pottsboro.

POTTSBORO - Bill Waggoner, 72, passed away Saturday, March 13, 2010 at Texoma Medical Center, Denison.  Visitation for Bill Waggoner will be 6-8 p.m. on Monday, March 15, 2010 at Bratcher Funeral Home, 401 W. Woodard, Denison.  Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, March 16, 2010 in the Chapel of Bratcher Funeral Home, 401 W. Woodard, Denison.  Rev. Neal Alexander will officiate and Lloyd Butts will give the eulogy.  Burial will be in Georgetown Cemetery, Cemetery Rd. and S.H. 289, Pottsboro.  Pallbearers will be Robert Clement, Ron Young, Robert Goins, Landon Goins, and Bob Salver. 
Mr. Waggoner was born June 5, 1937 in Willis, Okla. to the parents of William Waggoner and Louise McAlister.  Bill was a member of the Church of Christ.  He was in the concrete business for many years.  

Bill loved life and being with his family.  He also loved to fish and tend to his cows.  He enjoyed going to Choctaw Casino. 
Mr. Waggoners is survived by one son, Wendyl R. Waggoner, Jr. and wife Pam of Savoy; daughters, Kim Robinson and husband John of Bells, and Connie O'Neal and husband Lewis of Pottsboro; a sister, Barbara Cook of Denison; brothers, Carlos Waggoner and wife Ernestine of Pottsboro, George Waggoner and wife Barbara of Denison; grandchildren: Kilee Adley and husband Kelley, Tanner Waggoner and wife Elizabeth, Chelsea Jordan and husband Blake, Macie Robinson; and great-grandchildren Lexie Sanders and Kade Adley. 
He was preceded in death by parents, wife Virginia Waggoner; brother, William Dale Waggoner, and granddaughter, Ashley Waggoner. 
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Association. 
Arrangements are entrusted to the care and direction of Bratcher Funeral Home.
