Funeral service for Mrs. P.J. Brennan, resident of Denison for 67 years, was held at St. Patrick's Catholic Church Friday, May 31 at 9:00 a.m.  Rev. Thomas Zachry officiated and interment was in Calvary Cemetery with Bratcher Funeral Home in charge.
Pallbearers were Louis Cavender, Clarence Scott, Ross Stoddard, Jr., Kermit Wright, Franz Kohfeldt and Owen Akers.
Mrs. Brennan, widow of P.J. Brennan, Denison banker, died at her home, 1027 W. Gandy, Wednesday, May 29 after a long illness.
Mrs. Brennan was born in Chillocothe, Ohio and came to Denison with her family in 1890.  She was married to Mr. Brennan in 1892.  She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church.
Survivors are one daughter, Mrs. John Tierney, Denison and a son, William Brennan, Americus, Georgia; and one grandchild.
