Mrs. Mary J. Stalker from Toledo has been the guest of her mother, Mrs. Cochrane, at the Ohio cottage.

Capt. Arthur A. Stannard, from Cleveland, visited his grandmother, Mrs. Lydia Stannard.

The metal work on the roof of the Ohio cottage and the fire escapes have been recently painted.

The rules regulating the admission of applicants, of which there are a large number, are not yet completed.

Gen. Weber, the superintendent, and Dr. Taylor, the steward, attended the meeting of the Board of Management held at "The Hollenden" in Cleveland, Nov. 19.

Gen. Weber returns this week from a several days' visit in Columbus. Mrs. Weber, who has been absent some time, will return with him.

The statement in some of the papers that the board of directors has recently visited the Home and that iron rods have been placed in the Ohio cottage to strenghthen the walls, is incorrect. The board of directors, or more correctly, board of management, has not visited the Home since last June and no iron rods have been placed in the cottage.

The menu: Roast turkey, bread dressing, giblet sauce, brown bread, white bread, cranberres,[sic] mashed potatoes, squash, peach pickles, chow chow, mince pie, cake, jelly, cheese, tea, coffee. For supper - oyster soup, fried oysters, crackers, white cake, tea, coffee.
