Microfilm can no longer be ordered from the Family History Library, but it can be searched on the FamilySearch.org catalog by film number.

Locating film--Lake County Historical Society maintains a collection of population schedules, but there is no reader or printer. Other local libraries also have some of Lake County's census.

Cleveland Public Library, Ohio Historical Society and State Library of Ohio each have a complete set of Ohio's extant population and non-population census schedules.

Western Reserve Historical Society has the most complete US Federal census collection in Northeastern Ohio.

Census Indexes AIS index books are available at Morley Library for Ohio for 1820 through 1860. The Heritage Quest Books are available for 1870. The Ohio Genealogical Society Book Indexes are available for 1880. There is no index for 1890-1930 at Morley except as on-line databases.

Western Reserve Historical Society has all of the indexes mentioned for Morley Library, but also has the index for 1890, the soundex for 1900-1920.

Most of this census is available digitally on Ancestry.com, FamilySearch.org, HeritageQuest via Morley Library, FindMyPast.com, MyHeritage.com and many other sites.
