Some descendants assume that the children belong to Robert Bise because of the close association of the Vance, Bise and Hampton families in Roan, Tennessee. Please note that Robert Bise was living next door to Delilah on the same census. Submitted by Bill Porter, Box 1901, Coeburn, VA 24230 |
