Cranesbill

Also called Alummroot, Wild Geranium.  & Dove Foot.
Settlers learned about this plant and its uses from North American Indians.  They used it for an eyewash, and mouthwash for sores inside the mouth.  Recommended by herbalist today for medicinal purposes. This photograph was taken on Steele's Fork.
