I ve heard Uncle Arch Hunsucker say that him and John Beverly and Doc Anderson
  Wells was hunting in Picum when they found a hole in a cliff with a rock door. Their dogs went in the hole and they looked in and there was all kinds of ladles in the hole. They shut
the door to keep the dogs out and were going to go back, but they never could find the place anymore.
       Pete Brickey s uncle went west and got acquainted with an Indian who knew this
  country back here well. The Indian told him that if the people back here knew where to find
  it they could shoe their horses cheaper with silver than they could with iron. The Indian
 wouldn t tell him anymore about where to find the silver.
