In the name of God Amen, I Abraham Parham of Sussex County being in perfect
sound mind thos affected in body do make and ordain my last will and testament
in manner and form following first I recommend my sole to God who gave it
and my body be buried in a christian like manner.Item I give to my daughter
Franky Hall the following property namely Patey? John two sorrel horses stock
of cattle stock hoggs Beds and furniture, household and kichen (sic) furniture
plantation tools also all the rest and residue of my estate except [
] shill's a piece for my daughters Patsy Hall and Polley Wynn? Lastly
I nominate Franky Hall my whole and sole Excrx. to this my last will and
testament revoking all others heretofore signed sealed and acknowledged this
day of Augt. 1815.

At a Court held for Sussex County the 1st day of February 1816 The last Will and testament of Abraham Parham was presented into Court by Frances Hall the Exerc. Therein named the same was proved by the oaths of the subscribing witnesses and ordered to be recorded. And on motion of said Execr. Who made oath and entered into bond with security conditioned as the Law directs certificate is granted her for obtaining probate thereof in due form.
