John Herndon, son of Jerry Herndon and Franky Bridwell Herndon. John's father  & step  mother Sina Reid Herndon were murdered in 1874 by an ex slave named Jesse Fouks.  They were murdered along the Stafford- Prince William County line now the Quantico Marine Base.

Georgianna Tolson Herndon. She was the wife of John Herndon. She was the daughter of John & Jane Tolson of Stafford County, Virginia. She is holding daughter Eva Mae.
