Fort Valley Mountains, Hollows, Fords and Runs
Mountains
Mountains on the east side of Fort Valley:
First: Little Mountain
Second: Big Mountain
Mountains on the west side of Fort Valley:
First: Fort Mountain
Second: Woodstock Mountain, also called Green Mountain
Between the Little and Big Mountains on the east side lies Crease Fort Valley, the crease
that divides this Little Valley is called Dividing Ridge.
Between the Fort and Woodstock Mountains on the west side lies the Little Fort Valley.
All streams to the top of both outside mountains flow through the gaps of the inner mountains into Passage Creek.
Confusing to outsiders are the three names, Big Fort Valley, Little Fort Valley and Crease Fort Valley. The Fort being a Trinity of three valleys in one.
