- Overseer of Poor vs. Henry: William V. Henry is charged 100 dollars for support of a base born child of Elizabeth Burner.
- Henry Haun is appointed guardian to Elizabeth Altdorffer, orphan of Frederick in place of George Altdorffer the former guardian.

Oct. 9
- Overseer of Poor Dist. #1 to bind Hampton Love, a base born child of Betsy Love to George Miller to learn shoemaking. (no age given.)
- George Davis came into Court and made declaration that he intends to become a citizen of the United States. He declared that he was 35 yrs old on the 8th day of Sept. 1826 and was born in the County of Lalass in England and embarked from Liverpool June 10,1818 and arrived in Baltimore Aug. 11, following. He now lies in Hardy County and has bona fide intentions of becoming a citizen, giving up all former allegiance etc.

- Overseer of the Poor Dist. #1 is to find James Ford, a base born child to Philip Blume(?), to learn the trade of a saddler. He is 17 years old Feb. 26 next. ( no parentage given)
- William Rader, son of Catherine Helm, over 14, chose Joseph Fultz as gdn.
- Peter Funk, orphan of Peter is to be bound by Overseer of Poor Dist. #2 to George Sibert to learn farming. He is 5 yrs old Apr. 5 last.

Feb. 9
- Overseer of the Poor for Dist. #1 is to bind Aron Gaines, son of Aggie Gaines to John Coffman to learn the trade of a potter. He will be 16 yrs old Mar. 10 next.
- Oversseer of Poor vs. Aron Evans for the support of a bse born child of Polly Albert. It is determined that he will indemnify the parish 100 dollars.
- John Frye, orphan of Jacob, over 14, chose Geo. Frye as gdn.
