Birth Records of Dr. James Noah Greear, Vol 2, 1917-1918

James Noah Greear, born: 27 Feb 1859, near Coeburn, Wise Co., Va., was a longtime physician who lived in the St. Paul area of Wise Co., Va. Many of Dr. Greear's patients lived in nearby Russell Co. During his career, Dr. Greear kept records of births he attended to. These records were very complete and contained births from both Russell & Wise Counties. 28 Volumes of birth records are known to have survived. The dates run from 1914-1942. Note: These records are copied as they appear in the original Books.
