The Martin & Elizabeth "Hess" Honaker family bible was published in Cinti. by the Moore, Wilstach, Keys & Company, 1859. All of the writing appears to have been done by the same person, and all at the same time. The bible is large, at least 8 1/2 x 11. It has a heavy cover which is brown in color. The front cover and several of the first pages are loose in the bible. The bible is currently (27 Nov 1998) in the possession of Martin & Elizabeths grandaughter Rose "Honaker" Stinson.
