I Sampson Bundy of the County of Russell and State of Virginia being of sound mind and disposing memory do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made.
First, I desire and bequeath that at my death that all my just debts and funeral expenses shall be paid out of my personal estate.
Second, I give and bequeath to my son Samuel Patton Bundy all my real estate I may die seized and possessed of and I charge upon said real estate the support and maintainence or the privilege of a home at the residence on said place of my two daughters Elizabeth and Susan and also my grandaughter Mary Ann Elizabeth Ferguson during their natural lifes. Or until they marry then said privilege is to cease & they no longer are to have a home on said land.
Third, After my just debts and funeral expenses have been paid. Whatever personal property of every description is left I devise that it be owned and enjoyed equally by my two daughters Elizabeth and Susan and my grandaughter Mary A.E. Ferguson. Provided they remain single and remain upon said homestead and my son Patton shall also have an equal share in said personal property with them.
Fourth, I hereby constitute, nominate and appoint my son Samuel Patton Bundy Executor of this my last will and testament. Witness my hand and seal the 12th day of Dec A.D. 1890

At a County Court continued and held for Russell County at the Courthouse thereof on 4th day of May 1897. The last will and testament of Sampson Bundy decd. Was this day produced in Court and proved by the oaths of C.T. Dickenson and H.H. Dickenson two subscribing witnesses thereto. Who testified that they witnessed said will of the request of the Testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other in his presence, thereupon said will was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded.
