I Richard Price Sr. of Russell County do hereby make my last will and testament in manner and form following that is to say I desire after my funeral expenses being defraid out of my money of property, that my wife Frances shall have one third part of my estate both real and personal during her natural life and then dispose of the same as she chooses. And I desire that all my heirs living shall have equal shares in all my personal and real estate except Hannah which shall have five dollars paid over to her from all the heirs except my daughter Fany which she is not to pay anything out of her equal share.
I desire no sale of my personal property nor appraisal either and Lastly I appoint my Son Martin Price my Executor of this my last will and testament revoking all others heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 10th day of August in the year one thousand eight hundred and fifty five.

Linticum his Robert x Dye markAt a Court held for Russell County the 4th day of September 1855 The last will and testament of Richard Price deceased was produced in court and proven by the oaths of John C. Linticum and Robert Dye the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded. And on the motion of John Matthias Price the executor therein named who took the oath of an executor prescribed by law and entered into and acknowledged his bond in the sum of five hundred dollars with John C. Linticum and Robert Dye as his securities conditioned as the law directs. A certificate is granted him for obtaining probate of said will in due form.
