In the name of God Amen. I Nathaniel Muncy of the County of Russell and State of Virginia being weak in body but of sound mind and disposing memory (for which I thank God) and calling to mind the uncertainty of human life, and being desirous to dispose of all such worldly estate as it has pleased God to bless me with, I give and bequeath the same in manner and form following, that is to say; After the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses, I give to my beloved wife Hannah Muncy my real and personal estate, to her and her heirs forever. Item, I give to my servant Ally at the death of me and my beloved wife Hannah Muncy her freedom with all her household furniture and other property that she may be possessed of at our deaths to use as she Ally may think proper.
I do hereby constitute and appoint my beloved wife Hannah Muncy executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made.
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 19th day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty one.
