I, Nancy Samples of the county of Russell and the State of Virginia do make and publish this my last will and testament hereby revoking and making void all others heretofore made by me at anytime. My particular reason for giving my property to my said daughter Polly is that my other children has been liberally provided for in my Husbands will and my said daughter Polly was not. I hereby make constitute and appoint my said daughter Polly my executrix of this my last will and testament and if the said Polly chooses to pay my said debts and expenses she then may keep and hold all the said property without selling any part thereof and in witness whereof I the said Nancy Samples set my hand and seal this 22 day of February 1859 in presence of
