In the Name of God Amen
I James O. Fraley of the County of Russell and the State of Virginia Being indisposed in health but of sound mind and memory and cawling to mind that mertoity of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die, with thease reflections I do make this my Last Will and Testament to dispose of what worldley it hath pleased almity God to bless me with. first I Recomend my Soul to almightey God, who give it and my body to the dust from Wence it came to be buried decently by my Executor. Nothing doubting but to be raised again by the almighty power of God. 1th I have given to son Isaac Fraley, his part be a deed, he is to have free access to the spring as long as he or his family lives here. I also have give son Noah Fraley his part by a deed, My Daughter Susan Garrett her part by a deed, to her son W. R. Garrett, to Nancy Sutherland heairs one dollar each, Rebecca Meurphey, Twenty Five Dallars by agreement with my wife, Margret Fraley, that Elizabeth Musich Heairs to have her part of her fathers Estate for their part after her death but they are not to sell it out of the Family, give to son Joseph Fraley the remainder of my land, I also bind him to give James Henritgey Fraley a good chance to make and raise propertey on the place previde he will stay here with him and send him to school and give him good caring if he will go and if he will stay here til he is twenty one years old, to give him a good horse Bridle and saddle and if Susan Garrett failes to take a certain piece of land by contract to let him have it, but not to sell it to anyone out side of the Family or if she takes it to let him have some in the Sugar camp Hollow. I also bind Joseph to take care of his Mother during her life and Lastley I do hereby appoint my son Joseph Fraley, Executer of this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all others or former Wills and Testament by me herefore made.In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand and seal, this the 15 day of Janury 1896.

At a County court held for Russell Country at the courthouse hereof on the 8th day of September 1896.
The Last Will and Testament of J.O. Fraley Decesased was this day produced in court and proved by the oaths of S.P. Frankin and Jas. O. Dickinson, two of the Subscribing witnessed thereto who testified that they witnessed said Will, at the request of the testater and in his presence and in the presence of each other and in the presence of W.W.Beavers the other Subscribing witness thereto .Thereupon said Will was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded.
