I George Musick of the County of Russell and state of Virginia being sound in mind and of deposet memory do make and publish this my last will and testament which I wish to bequeath and divide as it suits me to do, I now proceed.

1. I give to my son E. E. Musick one black mare, saddle and bridle and stillyards.

2. I give to my son Joseph K. Musick one bed and all of my bed clouse and one bed sted, the best one, one hog, one behive one bushel kittle.

3. I give to my son A. L. Musick my shop tools and farming tools and and square table and cubard.

4. I give to my daughter Florence Kiser one bed and big wheal and side saddle, my dining room table, one small looking glass.

5. I give to my grand child Alte Kiser my clock.

6. I give to my grand son Busters Musick one heafer year old.

At a county court continued and held for Russell County at the courthouse thereof on Thursday the 4 day of December, 1902.
The last will and testament of Geo. W. Musick was this day produced in court and being wholly written and signed by the testator himself, whose hand writing was proved by A. L. Musick, who testafied that he was familiar with the testator's hand writing and that said will was wholly written and signed by the testator himself, whereupon said will was ordered to be recorded as required by law.
