In the name of God amen I George Francisco of the county of Russell farmer being very infirm of body but perfect mind and memory thanks be given unto God calling into mind the mortality of my body and knowing that it is appointed for all men once to die do make and ordain this mt last Will and Testament that is to say. principally and first of all I give and recommend my soul unto the hand of almighty God that gave it and my body recommend to the earth to be buried in a decent Christian burial at the discretion of my executor not doubting but at the general resurrection I shall receive the same again by the mighty power of God and as touching such worldly estate wherewith it has pleased God to bless me with in this life I give demise and dispose of the same in the following manner and form first give and bequeath to Mary my beloved wife all my land and stock of all kinds and house hold goods debts and moveable affects by her freely to be possessed and injoy during her life and at her death to be equally divided amongst all my dearly beloved children to wit: Jane, Lewis, Elizabeth, Mary and George and William Francisco. And I do hereby constitute and make and ordain my wife Mary my sole executrix of this my last will and Testament confirming this and no other to be my Will and testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this 26th day of April 1814

Signed sealed and published and pronounced and declared by the said George Francisco as his last Will and testament in the presence of us who in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names

This instrument of writing was exhibited in court as and for the last Will and Testament of George Francisco dec'd and proven by the oaths of William Romine and Daniel Horton two of the subscribing witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded, and motion of Mary Francisco executrix therein named who made oath and together with Henry Smith and William Romine her securities entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of three hundred dollars conditioned as the law directs certificate is granted her for obtaining probat of the said Will in due form
