In the name of God Amen.
I, Euney Osborn of the County of Russell and state of Virginia, being of sound mine and
memory, do hereby make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament hereby
revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First: I order and direct my Executor as soon after my decease as practicable, to pay off and discharge all the debts, dues, and liabilities that may exist against me at the time of my decease, which is just and proper to be paid, and of which there is but few, if any.
Second: I give and bequeath unto my son Solomon Osborn all the corn & foder in the way of roughness or feed, all the wheat all the oats and all of the hay of every decriptions, that I have, also all my hogs all my sheep and my yellow mule also all my farming implements of every description.
Third: I give and bequeath unto Virginia Bell Osborn daughter of Solomon Osborn my black mare, also two beds and bed clothing including pillows &c, also two table cloths.
Fourth: I give and bequeath unto Eunina Osborn daughter of Solomon Osborn my heifer and calf known as the George Gose heifer.
Fifty: I give and bequeath unto Tabby Osborn daughter of Joseph H. Osborn one bed and bed clothing including pillows &c also my saddle and riding skirt, also one little cow that come from Solomon Osborn.
Sixth: I also give and bequeath unto my son Solomon Osborn in addition to what I have herein before given him all the due bills I have on hand.
Seventh: I give and bequeath unto Euny Ella Osborn daughter of Charles F. Osborn my sewing machine.
Eighth: I give and bequeath unto Ed Fraley son of Harvey D. Fraley my muley heifer.
Ninth: All the remainder of my property of every description and not herein disposed of I give and bequeath to my three daughters Eunicy Fraley, wife of H. D. Fraley, Elizabeth Fraley, wife of N. H. Fraley and Virginia Catherine Osborn, wife of Charles F. Osborn to be equally divided between those & share alike.
Lastly: I hereby constitute and appoint my son Solomon Osborn Executor of this my last Will and Testament and direct that he faithfully and promptly administer and execute the same in way & manner prescribed by law. In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal this 11th day of November 1891.

At a County Court begun and held for Russell County, at the Court House thereof on Tuesday the 8th day of December 1891.
The last Will and Testament of Euny Osborn was this day produced in Court, and proven by the oath of Sol Osborn and A. M. Lee two of the subscribing witnesses thereto, and thereupon ordered to be recorded. And thereupon Solomon Osborn the Executor named in said Will this day appeared in Court, and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of ($800.00) Eight Hundred Dollars, together with A. M. Lee as his security thereto, conditioned according to law. And thereupon he took the oath prescribed by law. A certificate is therefore granted him for obtaining probate of said Will in due form.
