The last will and testament of Elisha Breeding of the County of Russell and State of Virginia.
I Elisha Breeding considering the uncertainty of this mortal life and being of sound mind and memory do make and publish this my last will and testament & manner and form following.
1st, I give and bequeath unto my wife Nancy E. Breeding all my real & personal estate, including land, buildings and personal property of every description and I hereby appoint my wife Nancy E. Breeding sole Executrix of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all former wills by me made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this the 26th day of October 1894.

The above instrument consisting of one sheet was now here subscribed by Elisha Breding the testator in the presence of each of us, and was at the same time declared by him to be his last wil and testament and we at his request signed our names hereto as attesting witnesses.

At a County Court begun & hel for Russell County at the Courthouse thereof on Tuesday the 4th day of December 1894. The last will and testament of Elisha Breeding was this day produced in court and proven by the oaths of John Breeding and John R. Shell, the subscribing witnesses thereto who testified that they witnessed said will at the request of the testator and in his presence and in the presence of each other, thereupon the said will was admitted to probate and ordered to be recorded.
