I Barnet Boman of Russell County and state aforesaid do hereby make my last will & testament in the manner and form following that is to say.
1st. I desire that all my debts be paid for after my decease I desire that my Executor hereafter named may settle all my debts that is just.
2nd. After the payments of my debts is settled I give to my wife Elizabeth Boman and Barnet Alfred my son equally to be divided among them, and to be enjoyed by them forever all my estate.
Lastly, I do hereby constitute and appoint my friend James McCoy executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other or former wills or testaments by me heretofore made. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal this 18th day of January in the year of our Lord 1852.

This instrument of writing was exhibited in court as and for the last will and testament of Barnet Bowman deceased and proven by the oaths of Alfred O. Stanley and Charles Hibbits the subscribing witnesses thereto & ordered to be recorded.
