I Andrew Ferguson Sr. of the County of Russell and State of Virginia do hereby make my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, that is to say, I will and bequeath to my daughter Ellen, wife of Mark Price, all that I have ever heretofore given her and at my death an equal share with the balance of my heirs (A. C. Ferguson and H. D. Ferguson, and David C. Ferguson excepted; they having already heretofore received all that I intend for them to have of my estate) according to what they have received and according to what the said Ellen Price has received. That is to say Elen price and all my heirs except these already excepted are to be made equal, each one accounting for the advancements heretofore made. Hereby revoking all former wills by me at any time made.
Given under my hand and seal this 17th day of September 1870.
