William Patton & Matilda "Kiser" Smith

William Patton Smith was born in Russell Co., Va. on 04 Feb 1817. He was the son of James Smith & Sarah Counts. on 04 Jan 1855 he married Matilda Kiser the daughter of John Kiser and Nancy Long. Matilda was born 11 Feb 1820. Matilda died 14 Aug 1891 and William 25 Apr 1916. Both are buried in the Rasnake/Smith cemetery which is located on Rt. 600 in Sink Hole Valley near Cleveland, Va.
