Samuel Phelps

Samuel Phelps, Jr. was born August 1813 in Russell Co., VA and died prior to 1910. He was the son of Samuel Phelps, Sr. and Susan (probably Susannah Vines). He was married to Riety Chapman, daughter of Joseph Chapman, and they lived in the Hansonville area of Russell County.
