Moses Alexander Miller was born abt 1827 in Russell Co., VA, the s/o John & Anna Catherine Miller. On 12 Feb 1851 in Russell Co. he married Mary "Polly" Sanders. At this time the parents of Mary Sanders are unknown. She was born abt. 1828 in Tazewell Co., VA. She died sometime between 1855 and 08 Sep 1857 for on that date in Russell Co., Moses married Mary Jessee, d/o Archer Jessee and Rachel Herndon. Mary was born 12 Feb 1831 in Russell Co. Moses Miller was a Methodist preacher. He also worked in the coal mines. In 1889 he was injured in the mines and later died from his injuries. It is unkonwn when Mary "Jessee" Miller died.
