Hugh Lafayette Riley was b. abt 1845 in Russell Co., VA. He was the s/o Thomas J. Riley & Celia Johnson. On 18 Dec 1871 in Russell Co. he married Josephine Bonaparte Bradshaw, the d/o William Bradshaw & Jane Horton. Josephine was b. abt 1841 in Russell Co. About 1878 Hugh & Josephine moved from Russell Co. to first Dallas Co. and then Ellis Co., TX. Hugh died in 1894. Both are buried in Myrtle Grove Cemetery in Waxahachie, Ellis Co., TX.
