William Cecil Combs was born in Russell Co., Va. on 30 Nov 1829. He was the son of William Nash and Celia Combs who later married Isaac Hart. He married Celina Wesley Kendrick, the daughter of George and Edith Kendrick. Celina was born at West Liberty, Ky. on 03 Sep 1834 and died 02 Jul 1898. William died 30 Jan 1907.
