Charles L. Kelly was born 11 Feb 1865 in Russell Co., VA. He was the s/o Peter W. Kelly and Mary Kiser. He married Alice Thompson. Alice was born 20 Jun 1870 in Russell Co., VA and was the d/o Robert S. Thompson & Lydia Musick. Charles died on 13 Mar 1948 and Alice on 13 Jan 1954. Both are buried in the Edward Kelly Cemetery near Nash's Ford.
