Charles Bowen Price was born March 1, 1843 in Russell Co., Va., and died February 18, 1907 in Russell Co., Va. He was the son of Edward B. & Ellen B. Price. On November 8, 1866 he married Martha Ellen Dickenson in Russell Co., Va. Martha Ellen Price was born February 3, 1844 and died March 28, 1927. She was the daughter of Nathaniel & Mary Dickenson.
