Henry Lee Esquire Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, to all to whom the presents shall come greetings: Know ye that by virtue of Land Office treasury warrants numbers nine thousand eight hundred and six and eleven thousand three hundred and forty three is granted by the said Commonwealth unto Abraham Fuller a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred acres by survey bearing date the seventh day of March one thousand seven hundred and eighty nine lying and being in the County of Russell on the waters of Cedar a branch of Clinch River and bounded as followeth to wit, Beginning at two maples and two dogwoods by a branch, corner to John Thompson, thence south sixty seven degrees west thirty poles to a white oak corner to Benjamin Sharp, north sixty seven degrees west fifty two poles to a white oak, south thirty seven degrees west one hundred and thirty eight poles to a sourwood and poplar by a branch in the line of Joel Barker, thence with his line and passing his corner, south forty five degrees east one hundred and forty five poles to a red oak and poplar on the top of a high ridge, north twenty eight degrees east six poles to a chesnut and walnut sapling corner to Thomas Price, thence with his line north ten degrees east eighty four poles to his chesnut corner in the line of John Thompson and with his line south eighty seven degrees west five poles to six chesnut trees corner to said John Thompson & with his line north twenty three degrees east one hundred and twenty four poles to the beginning with its appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its apputenances to the said Abraham Fuller and his heirs forever. In witness whereof the said Henry Lee Esquire Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, hath hereunto set his hand, and caused the lesser seal of the said Commonwealth to be affixed at Richmond, on the twenty ninth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two and of the Commonwealth the seventeenth.
