This deed made Oct. 13 1903 between Robert & Margaret (his wife) of the county of Russell, State of Virginia. The first part and Martin P. Barrett of said county, state of Virginia witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of $207.00 to him in hand paid the receipt of which payment is hereby acknowledged the said party of the first part do grant unto the said party of the second part, all their interest that may have in and to the undivided dower of the late Cynthia A. Barrett, mother of Robert M. Barrett and also all the interest that the said parties of the lands that are situated in the county of Russell on the waters of Little River and being the same land that the said party of the second part his heirs or assigns forever against the claims of all persons whomsoever with covenants of general warranty witness the following signatures and seals this date first above written.
