DIRECTIONS
From South Clinchfield, VA go South on Rt 615 for about 2 miles to the
intersection of Chaney Creek Road (Rt 616). Up the hill and on the
right just past Rt 616 is the cemetery around several large oak trees on
the edge of the woods.
FIELD NOTES: 2/15/99
This cemetery is 1/2 in the woods and 1/2 in the open, and sort of
steep. As the cemetery moves into the woods the neglect is stong.
Started in SE corner.
FORMAT Note: Items in parenthesis are the best guess of the researcher. Items in brackets are my comments. A double stone is two people on one stone - usually husband and wife unless otherwise indicated.
