In the name of God Amen, I, Thomas DRAKE of Loudoun, Virginia, being at present in a weak state of body, but enjoying in a good degree of perfection my senses and faculties of mind, do make and constitute this my last will and testament in manner and form following. Viz, Fist my Mill Property which is under rent to Peyton MOORE for three years from next June, shall at the expiration of theaforesaid time be rented for five years for the purpose of making payment of all my just debts. Secondly, my will and desire is that Nancy FERGUSON who now lives with me, shall have after my debts is paid one thousand dollars, as soon as my executor hereafter named shall be able from my property to make and collect. Thirdly, the balance of my property shall at the expiration of eight years after my decease be sold and equally divided between by lawful heirs.
Lastly, I do appoint John G. HUMPHREY Executor of this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former will by me heretofore made. In testimony whereof I have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my seal the Twenty-first day of December One Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty One.

At a Court held for Loudoun County on the 10th day of January 1832. This paper purperting to be the last Will and Testament of Thomas DRAKE, deceased was presented to the Court and fully proved by the oaths of Thornton Y. OFFUTT and Peyton MOORE, two of the subscribing witnesses.
(Note - Thomas Drake was a bachelor. His Mill was in the Bloomfield area of Loudoun County)
