In the Name of God Amen I Hugh Conn of Loudoun County being of Sound mind and Memory thanks be given to Almighty God for the same I make and explain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following first of all that my Just Debts be paid --Second, that Garrd Trammell Sen. Thomas Lewis If he will Stand, if not, my Wife Mary Conn to be the Executors of this my last will and Testament. Thirdly, That my wife is to have the Benefit of all my personal Estate except Ben--fourthly--that after my Personal Estate is appraised exclusive of Stock, the Wheat and Tobacco to be taken an account of, whatever the Amount is my young Children when they arrive at the Age of Eighteen Years Receive the Benefit of it in proportion to the Number of Children--fifthly--that my son Hugh have Twelve Pounds and my Daughter Ruth Forty Shillings after my Negroe Ben is Sold which I will shall be done to pay my Debts. Sixthly that there is a Child named Garrd Trammell shall have one shilling--Seventhly that my oldest Son Josias have one Shilling-- Eighthly--that my Son named Coxon Conn have One shilling. Cornell Eliot At a court held for Loudoun County the 22 day of June 1772 This last will and Testament of Hugh Conn Dec'd was proved by the Oath of Ann Thrift a Witness thereto of ___to be Recorded and on the motion of Garrard Trammell the Executor therein Named Certificate is granted him for obtaining a Probate thereof in due form they having sworn to the same and given oath and Security according to Law
