In the name of God, Amen. I, Lovell JACKSON of Fairfax County, being sick and weak of body but in purfitt sound memory and understanding do ordain, constitute and appoint this to be my last will and testament in manner and form following. I first bequeath my soul to God who gave it and trusting in the mercy and through the merrits of my blessed Savour Jesus Christ to receive my Soul, I leave my body be buried at the descrition of my executor hereafter named.
Item, I give and bequeath all my land in Fairfax County and all the rest of my whole estate both personal and reale to be equally divided between William BELL, late of New Castell upon Tyne and his mother, Elizabeth BELL of New Castle in Great Britton and to Ann BATTS, sister of the said Elizabeth of the same place to them and to their heirs forever. I leave the said William BELL and his mother Elizabeth BELL to be my executter of this my last will and testament. I have hereunto sett my hand and seale this 13th of January 1752.

At a Court held for Loudoun County, June the 8th, 1767. This will was proved by the oath of Winifred ETHELL a witness thereto who likewise deposed that he saw John ETHEL another of the subscribing witnesses subscribe his name as such. And at another court continued and held for the said county to wit, the 12th day of August in the year aforesaid, the said will was proved by the oath of William WEST another witness thereto and is ordered to be recorded.
