The Turners and John Orr and Mary his wife were lately seised in fee simple in right of Ann and Mary of tract in Hamilton Parish…from Prop to Francis Jackson and Thomas Jordan…11 Aug 1741 was recovered by judgement from Fauquier County from John Hooe late of Stafford County, gentleman ejectment in suit brought by Turner and wife and said Mary and a certain Martin Settle her former husband and divided between Turner and Orr, and the Turners for 100 tract adjacent where Allascon now resides and dwells.
