Virginia Ann Pannell-Dalton, age 53, of Radford, passed away suddenly on 
Saturday, October, 20, 2007 at her home.  She was preceded in death by her 
mother, Katherine Jane Pannell and her brother-in-law, Terry Alan Owens.

She is survived by children, Kevin Michael Cressell and wife Lynn, 
Christiansburg, Angela Elizabeth Dalton, Shannon Hope Dalton both of Radford; 
grandchildren, Hannah Nicole Dalton, Hayley Gabrielle Cressell, Hannah Marie 
Cressell, Cymberly Cressell and Casey Cressell; her father, Thomas Pannell, 
Shawsville; a brother, Bobby Pannell, Shawsville; sisters, Jackie Kommes, 
Warrenton, VA, Mary Owens, Christiansburg, Tammy Pannell, Riner; special 
friend, Rebecca Graham, Blacksburg; several nieces and nephews.   Interment 
was in Sunset Cemetery
