Larry Gene Worsham
   Bedford County, Virginia
Larry Gene Worsham, 65, of Bedford, Va., died Sunday, December 30, 2007, in 
Lynchburg General Hospital. He was a son of the late Arvil A. and Virginia 
DALTON Worsham. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one 
brother, Carl R. Worsham. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Mary 
O. Worsham, who dedicated herself to his care during his illness. He is also 
survived by his children and their families, Rena and Roger Reynolds, of 
Crewe; and their children, Fallon Taylor and husband, Trey, Dustin and Carmen; 
Ty Worsham, of Bedford; and his son, Dalton; Robin Worsham, of Bedford; and 
her daughter, Winter; and her special friend, R.J. Dameron; Christy and 
Brandon Aud, of Bedford; and their children, Denver, Dayton and Denton; one 
greatgrandson, Heith Taylor; seven sisters, Helen Graybill, Susan Vick, Brenda 
Cyrus, Carolyn Cowart, Debbie Lundy, Ann Rexrode and Kay Martin; his special 
pet, Bear; and numerous other family and friends. He was a retired boilermaker 
of 35 years with RECO in Richmond. Memorials may be made to the Bedford Life 
Saving Crew, American Cancer Society or the American Heart Association. A 
funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 3, 2008, at Bedford 
Baptist Church with Dr. David Henderson and the Rev. Kevin Wirt officiating. 
Burial followed in Virginia Memorial Park. (Roanoke Times 12/31/2007 -
