Helen Marie Sanders Smith Dalton

Helen Marie Sanders Smith Dalton, 84, of Pulaski died Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2008 at 
her home. Born in Pulaski Sept. 27, 1923 she was the daughter of the late 
William B. Sanders, Sr. and Hazel James Sanders. Helen Marie was also preceded 
by her husbands Irby Smith and Quentin S. DALTON and by brothers James X. 
Sanders, Larry R. Sanders and William B. Sanders, Jr. She was a retired teller 
with the Virginia National Bank and member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.  
Surviving are: stepson, Quentin S. Dalton, II; nieces and nephews.  A memorial 
service was held Friday, Feb. 8 at 1 p.m. from the Trinity Lutheran Church 
with Pastor Terrie Sternberg officiating.
